SPARK!: A Pre-Challenge Workshop

Description

SPARK!: A Pre-Challenge Workshop

What does it mean to give voice to your poetry? What's the difference between reading off the page and making your soul-words sing? Poetry Festival Singapore brings to you an exploratory poetry workshop for students who would like to delve into the depths of writing poems for the stage. There will be a mini-showcase at the end of the workshop for the attendees.

SPARK! is being held in conjunction with our WRITE AND BURN! poetry challenge which will be held on 25 August 2019. Click here for sign-ups and more info!

Both this workshop and the WRITE AND BURN! challenge are strictly for students aged 15-18. Due to space limitations, parents accompanying their children are strongly encouraged to wait outside the workshop venue.
